- Take off from Republic, MO and merge onto US-60 E
- Drive east on US Hwy 60 through southern Springfield
- Continue east along the James River Freeway, eventually merging south onto US-65 S near Rivermonte Memorial Gardens

- Exit US-65 S at W Jackson St/MO-14 and turn left

- Head east on State Hwy 14 for 4.8 miles
